Dynamics Mobile products and services are provided on a subscription basis. The subscription happens via the web site using credit card or via e-mail based Purchase Order and bank payment.

Mobile Application User
The supervisor creates an account for every user, who needs to use Dynamics Mobile Application on a mobile device (like Van sales and distribution, Warehouse, Approvals and others).
- Mobile Application User are allowed to use any of the available apps – single app at a time
- Mobile Application User are allowed to use single mobile device with any of the supported mobile platforms
- Mobile Application User transaction history is stored and available in reports for 1 year back
- Mobile Application User billing is based on the number of the days used during the month
Supervisor
A supervisor is a user, who is allowed to login to the Dynamics Mobile web site ( https://dynamicsmobile.com). There is always one supervisor ,which has access to all features and data within the client account and is referred as administrator. The administrator can manage the permissions of other supervisor users within the account and limit their access to certain functional areas.
- Supervisor are allowed to use any of the functionalities provided via Dynamics Mobile Website via web browser
- Supervisor can run and preview reports, manage devices and IoT hardware, manage and review billing
- Supervisor have access to the development environment to develop or customize mobile apps
- Supervisor may see data in the reports for 1 year back
- Supervisor billing is based on fixed amount per month, regardless of the actual usage.
